AGS run from Flash

I'm trying to have the AGS use flash rather than ROM. I've changed the jumper settings to 0x2 but each time I try to load the image from flash I get a traceback and then the ROM image loads. I tried the 11.0.22, 11.0.18 and the 10.3.19a images with the same result. Here's the ouptput - any sugg

AGS+ as a Frame Relay Switch
