Just wrote and passed the CIT today. Used the Exam Cram Support book only. The test kept stuck to the outline given by Cisco. The Exam Cram covered all the necessary subjects with enough detail to pass. $18 at bookpool.com.   Looking back at the course outline questions were asked  from each
