Sniffer also sells a Full Duplex Pod which will enable to see both sides of the link. I think they also have a product called snifferbook that will enable you to do advanced Wan analysis (It will let you look at fractional E1's/T1's). As Priscilla mentioned you must connect these devices in-line..
