Did you buy any books to study for the CCIE written aside from what you
studied for the CCNP, or did u just use the boson exams? I recently
finished the CCNP, and I plan on doing the CID this friday I'f I'm lucky.
I wanted to know if I need to get other books or if my current knowledge

I did CCNA 1.0 and the rest I did were 2.0 for CCNP. If I look at the
tracking page on cisco's site it tells me that I have CCNP 1.0 and 2.0 . . .
I guess it doesn't really matter. The date I have to re-up by is still the
same no matter what.

Congrats man! Glad to see hard work paying off. Couple questions about
other people that you were at the lab with. You said you were the only
person to return. How many people started the lab, and how many people
didn't even make it to day 2? Are you sitting right next to people that are

Hi All,
I will take the CIT exam tommorow, would you pls
give me your advice ?
The BPX not BGX switch has a 9.6 Gps backplane. Chapter 21 of the Cid
course. If you only read the Cisco press book you wouldn't see it. Its a
stratacom switch.

I will partially agree with you. I don't want to disclose the amount I make
online, but I work in NY, and I don't have a degree, but I have my MCSE, and
by the end of this week I should hopefully have my CCNP as well. Here its
very easy I think to get a decent job that will pay a good salary wit
So your telling us you got your CCNP with no experience at all? I seriously
hope not.

Actually IPv6 started back in 91 or 92 if I'm not mistaken. They don't want
to do it unless they have to because it would cost so much to upgrade, but
as we move along with V4 we are burying ourselves in a bigger whole that
will cost us even more in the end.

I agree with u completely. I got an 845 or something like that when I did
it, and wasn't expecting all those damn case studies. . .I think I had more
like 75% of them as case studies. . . passed the exam with like 7 minutes
left of the 120 they gave me.

Are u comparing the missing info based on the fact that you took the exam,

Congrats. good score. Just for you info I dont know if u should trust the
sybex books for the CCNP. I trusted them with the ccda, and if I didn't at
the last minute review other sources I would have failed it. I've heard
from various sources that its not a good source. Cisco press is good, bu

Currently for the BCMSN, and Bcran cisco press has them out. You have to
wait on the BCSN. I'm not sure about the support exam.
