Any QOS is 'managed unfairness,' so you are going to exclude and starve everything else if the link is saturated - which it will be for queueing to take effect. If you are brave take a look at CBWFQ on CCO, however, it requires a very new IOS and is buggy. The alternative is CAR, but this will onl

Which queueing methods are you using? You could use Priority queueing to make sure that all http/ftp traffic to that specific IP get through no matter what. Down side is that if there enough of that to max out your link then all off traffic falls to the wayside.. Custom queueing would be th
