Does anyone have the PDF or a list of the objectives? Cisco has named
the new support exam outlines cit.pdf so it overwrote the cit 4.0
objectives.
Thanks

Hi,
I intend to take CIT this week. I wonder whether I should take CIT 4.0 and
Support 2.0. Do anyone know the difference between both exams? I've studied
both Cisco and Sybex CIT textbook. Are they enough for me to pass Support
2.0 exam?
Many thanks for your advise.
I used boson CIT #2 only, it was helpful for me to pass Support 2, you need
to study in depth this exam .
Good Luck

Does anyone know which Boson exam is best suited for CIT or Support? Is the
test1, test2 or test3? or do I need all of the testes?

I am taking the Support 2.0 on Monday. I agree that
the CIT 4.0 was very poorly written. The reason I am
going for the 2.0 is a longer certification window. I
am using the Boson tests, Sybex and Cisco Press
materials. Good luck!

I havent sat the new exam but I have been reading the list for over a month

General concensus from this list over the last couple of weeks is that the
I have the student study course for CIT 4.0, is this material suitable for

I bought the first set and to my surprise they were nothing like the CIT
exam. I have a thread from last week "gripe about CIT 4.0." That will give
you more insight on what to expect..

I am sure I could have scored more if I had spent more time on Catalyst 5000/VLANs and

Plenty of question on those. Only redeeming factor
was that review is allowed

This morning I wrote the CIT 4.0 exam. I have written CCNA, ACRC, CLSC and
now CIT. Out of all of them I would have to say that the wording in the CIT
4.0 is the worst of them all. Not only do you have to study the exam
materials, you also have to study how to answer questions that contradict
