Hi, I intend to take CIT this week. I wonder whether I should take CIT 4.0 and Support 2.0. Do anyone know the difference between both exams? I've studied both Cisco and Sybex CIT textbook. Are they enough for me to pass Support 2.0 exam? Many thanks for your advise.
