What is/are the best book(s) to study from for the CIT/Support exam? I have been looking at Sybex book. I have the one from CISCO press but it doesn't seem to be as detailed as the one from Sybex. Also the one from Thomas Thomas II doesn't seem be very good either. Thank you in advance for sha
