Hi Friends
I have cisco 2510 router that hangs during
bootup process when it tries to intialize token ring
port. If I bypass the NVRAM, then it works fine. It
has IOS 11.2.
I tried to upgrade the IOS using serial ports but it
failed. It there any way, I can upgrade IOS.

If the image you are trying to upgrade to is less than 4Mb and it is not allowing you
to do that, you may have a corrupted flash memory. Which means HW replacement.
