Fake SAP Broadcasts

How can I make a Cisco 3640 router begin sending bogus SAP broadcasts in a test environment so that when other routers issue the "show ipx servers" command it appears that a netware server exists on the nework. I have seen this done in the past but am not sure how to accomplish this myself. Please
