How to upgrade Catalyst 6500 MSFC IOS [7:417]

Hi everyone, I feel very stupid to ask this question but I can not find any documentations that show me how to upgrade my Catalyst 6509 MSFC IOS to 12.1.x. I know how to upgrade the CatOS on the SUP1A but not the IOS for the MSFC. Can someone help me? Thanks. Kim. _
