If you plan on using Config Sync w/Sup2/MSFC2, make sure you're running at
least the 12.1(8a)E5, which fixes bugs (crashes) with this in the 12.1(7)E
series..

Running 12.1.8aE4 on several MSFCII's successfully, As always read
the release note and check the caveats against your network.

stable? heh...all cisco's code is stableas long as you are only running
one protocol per vlan(ok I'm bitter...sue me)
The best thing to do would be to go to the software d/l page and read the
change/bug fix log and see what they have fixed and broke in the lates
