Multicast Removed from CCIP Track? [7:73181]

It appears that Cisco is updating the CCIP track and removing multicast from the requirements. Is that really the case, and if so, why? As far as I know multicast is still in the CCNP track and it's got to be on the CCIE written and lab, so why remove such an important topic from CCIP? I suppose it
