Depends on which type of setup you have, try to ask the following questions
to your service provider:
-any type of encryption running on the WAN/ATM ( ipsec, etc. )
-who has access to the WAN link, either OC3, T3, T1, etc( im talking
about the actual physical box where the lines reside...if t
