Get out your checkbook... Concord Tavve both manipulate Open View's
polling statistics, which uses Cisco Works to manage a portion of the
devices. If you have just a few routers, your boss may settle for the
thumbs up approach... or the no phones ringing, everything must be fine :-)

CiscoWork 5 for Windows and have found it woefully inadequate for my needs.
I'm looking for something that will produce pie graphs, bar charts and other
visual aids for pointy hair bosses and other upper management types.

Have you try MRTG. It pretty good and its free. It runs on both NT and
Unix. The reports is in HTML format, good for the bosses, but I do not
remember pie charts on it.
Just search for MRTG on your favorite search engine.
