I too think you should use your titles, but mine is Network Administrator and I'm repsonsible for all infrastructure stuff (routers/vpn/switches/infra & enterprise server designs). In my company a junior server admin title is Enterprise Systems Admin., and a programmer is Senior Systems Architect.

I think you should put your actual job titles on your resume. Your new company may check with your old companies and if you said you were a network engineer when you were really a janitor, that wouldn't look good. ;-) If your job titles were meaningless, then maybe you could use one of the one
