I'm open to correction. I do them in my head which is quick, but not always
accurate with wildcard masks. Makes it hard to check them. I know I should
do it from first principles :-), but you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

00011100 = even
11101011 = odd
1000 = even
just to name a few.
once you get the idea, the access-list will be easy
I was thinking maybe.. 192.168.1.0 0.0.254.255 because all the odd's end in
a 1 bit for the 3rd octet.. just wanted to be sure.
