I've used PCAnywhere with several installations and found it to be nothing but problematic and bulky. Give VNC server a quick look-see. You'll find it to be smaller faster more secure and free. http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/winvnc.html Chris Wang wrote: > > I have a problem about the captio

VNC is solid, but it's not secure. I don't think it's a good idea to use an insecure program like VNC to access something as sensitive as an SMS console from outside the firewall. It only takes one smart technician and a protocol analyzer to compromise your network. SSH is definitely a good way to

VNC can be tunneled through SSH2, which fixes any security problems. Not an all-in-one solution like pcAnywhere, but it works for my needs. -- Jason Roysdon, CCNP+Security/CCDP, MCSE, CNA, Network+, A+ List email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Homepage: http://jason.artoo.net/ Cisco resources: http://r2cisc
