It can't be done. Cisco uses the MD5 algorithm for their secret passwords, which is a one-way hash. The hash is stored and when a password is entered, it's run through the algorithm. If the gibberish created matches the stored hash, access

If this is enable password you can a decoder at www.boson.com. If this is
the Enable secret then you will have to do a password recover.
