If you have a 10Mb port on the router then your able to get 10Mb half-duplex
and 20Mb full-duplex.When you set the Ethernet interface to full-duplex
it sets
the port @ 20Mb instead of 10Mb..Hope this helps.

The enternet port on this AS is just 10/half. There is no way of setting it
to full. It is the same as on my 2503. These devices all have the AUI port
on them, with apparently, no support for full duplex.
