It has some nice flow charts. They make the logical sequence of
troubleshooting steps easier to understand. It helped me nail down a
multicast routing problem the first day I had it.

I like the book. Others may not. It all depends on what you like in a
troubleshooting book.
The book is laid out to let you gain an understanding (fairly technical and
indepth) of a protocol. Then it delves into a series of commands, snapshots
of outputs and goes onto explain the output.
