I had a 2926T (Cat 5002, with Sup II engine) do the same thing. I was running a similar version of 4.5(6a). I disabled the ports too, but it would keep happenening when I plugged in a device to the port. cleared config, no change either. reset module, no help. BUT, I flashed 4.5(13) on it and it f
