Its not a big deal how you pronounce as long as the listener get your point. Instead of going too far in pronunciations...just tell him/her the whole form such as:
TACACS: Terminal Access Controller Access Control System.
RADIUS: Remote Authentication Dial-in

In Boston it is:
Tkaas
In New York it is:
"Who wants to know?"
In New Jersey it is pronounced TACACS but you need to give not just your Username and
Password but also what exit.
In Georgia it is pronounced Tacacs but you need to add a "ya' all" to the end and the
password
Here's the way new Texans pronounce it...
Tacacs = 'TIE- kax"
RADIUS = "Ray Dee Us"
