Well the image on the 2503 is good. Both routers use the same Flash. Swap the flash SIMMs and see what happens. Also check on CCO for bootroms for the 2500 series. I seem to remember that the latest roms work in all 2500s. Might be worth updating them. Cisco just charges for shipping. Check the
