The map-class names are case sensitive I think, so check the capital letter mismatch. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you are still sometimes receiving calls on the 803 from the 3620 - is your objective to not allow the 3620 to dial at all? You can use "dialer callback-secure" on the 800s

Hello, Under the 803 configs where you have "dialer wait-for-carrier-time 2" you probably want to change that to "dialer enable-timeout 2" - this is how long the callback server should wait before initiating callback. But I would think that the router should still be dialing back after the defaul
