HP Openview is probably the most popular and CiscoWorks can be loaded on
top of this.
Other packages include SNMPc from Blackrock, Sun NetManager and Nortel
Optivity.
There is also some tools like Big Brother and MRTG which fill certain
roles within Network Management.

Good question. OpenView, Unicenter and Tivoli are the most widely "sold"
products, but as far as what's actually in "use", that's a far different
question. I heard from one vendor that roughly 70% of the NMS packages sold
today are never used, or are only minimally used.
