ive seen this before. in fact, i spent an hour or two fixing it. same error. same symtoms. it was fixed by replacing the flash =( you can get that error when your flash is screwy. replace it, i would say that continuing to troubleshoot is a waste of your time... -Original Message- F

I have seen this, but I'm not sure I remember what the issue was. I think the FLASH you are trying to run in your 2500 may be 2600/3600/4000 style. It will register... but the speed is too slow for that router, so it gives weird reading. Ultimately this does not work. I think this is the issue
