stats for the interface when you show them. How a bout a "show
frame-rlay pvc", any issues there ? There must me a reason. Do a "shut"
and then "no shut" on each interface and then watch for a while. What

if I were to guess, I would say the problem is at the frame/ATM interface.
There can be issues with ATM switch code or with frame switch code, or both,
that are causing this intermittent problem.
