Pprobally the easiest way to do what you are trying to do (that i can think
of) is copy the config to a text editor, do what you want to on each
interface via cut and paste, save the config, then copy it to the startup
and reload.

Do a search on Cisco's web site for the "interface range" command. It
doesn't work in all cases, and is only introduced the new code levels (12.1
E and 12.1 T)
