Somebody else said that it was 48
volts.
That's
the line voltage on a telephone line, and
as we
know, a telephone line does not carry a
lot of
amps, so almost any 48 volt source would be
enough.
Two
marine batteries, or four garden tractor batteries
would
carry it for many days before need
Must have one mean alternator to crank out 48 volts (grin)
I hate to tell you this but I had to buy a 48 volt 5 amp power supply for
my portmaster and cost $200 (ouch)

just found the box dig- key 800 344 4539 was who i bought it fro
Checkout your local Radio Shack store, they will
have what you need. Bring the switch with you, they won't know what it is, but
they will want the power suppy info...
