Forgot to add that support for Xyplex & Digiboards is absolutely rubbish. 4
to 5 days even witha support contract for kit replacement, no software
support at all you get the picture. Oh and just in case you were wandering I
do not have any allegiance to network kit manufacturers.

I and my team tried Xyplex & Digiboard as alternatives for some very
expensive pieces of kit from Compaq & Cisco in the mobil;e telecoms arena
for IVR, TAPI or other voice to data applications. After a lot of painful
experiences with both our conclusion was to order a skip for the kit. Its
