I would look at Cisco Press Designing Cisco Networks (DCN) and get your CCDA. There are several points that are built upon for the CCNP exams. Follow this up with Building Cisco Remote Acces Networks (BCRAN), Switching, Building Scalable Cisco Networks (BCSN) and then Support. In my mind, this
