Well, I took the exam today, and there was not one question on
LANE, although cisco's response when I asked them was "maybe yes
maybe no", well not in those exact words.
I guess the cost effectivness of ethernet over LANE has slowly
killed it off to the point that cisco won't cover it in their exa
I would trust the cisco web site and go with what it says is featured on the
exam. From what I have seen, what it notes on the web site is accurate to
what is on the test.
I used 504 books to pass the 604 test, so I don't think too much changed.

I passed BCMSN almost two years ago and there wasn't a lick of LANE in
sight. 10/100/1000 ethernet and layer three switching have pretty much
slain every lick of ATM/Token Ring out there and Cisco's exams reflect
the changes in the market.
Today I walked in to a place to do an eval and I found C
