You mean formatting the PCMCIA card using a PC/Laptop? Not that I know of. even if you can the device will not recognize that PCMCIA card. for example, you use a laptop or any other cisco device to format a PCMCIA card. You then inserted that PCMCIA card into Cat6000 switch. The Cat6000 w
