Does it have to be an IP or can it be a DNS name? If a DNS name there's lots of free IP redirection sites out there like cjb.net, tzo.com, etc. When they connect the client will update their IP address to their name. 2nd option I can think of is VPN & allow them to have an internal static IP whe
