Your log shows you have two channels in use on interface BRI0 ( BRI0:1 and
BRI0:2). Only one of the channels was down (BRI0:2 is the second channel on
the BRI interface) when the SNMP traffic is crossing the interface. Later
in the log, it shows the first channel is brought down (BRI0:1). At th
