I want to ask what is the difference when the ISDN layer 2 shown as
TEI_ASSIGNED and MULITPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED when the layer 1 is active?
I found my layer2 is shown as TEI_ASSIGNED most of the time, but it is a
