Have run into this and I think it was a bug though can't recall for
sure. Either a reload fixed it or an IOS upgrade.

Most certainly a stuff up due to NAT overload (if you are using) and the
access list. CAn you pl. paste the config so we can help.

Hi Navin,
Are you using VLSMed IP's on the router if so try using ip classless, it
solved my problem. if it doesn't send me your conf. b/c i faced similar
problem while connecting to ISDN from Cisco 2501.

I am facing a problem on my Cisco router which is connected to the ISDN

router as my NAT is enabled for the ethernet , but once I remove the NAT
from both the bri and ethernet interface , I am able to telnet into it
