Here is the Visio generic template that was on Cisco's TAC page about a year and a half ago. NOTE: If you are trying to make a diagram that is anything but Visio format you need to do the following: 1. make a copy of your diagram. 2. select all objects in the diagram with the Cntrl-A function.
