Hi group, I have a query Plz give anwserto it .Is it possible that if I have 2 customers which have circuits from me.Both having 64 Kbps bandwidth .If one customer is not utilizeing bandwidth than another customer can utilize that spare bandwidth whenever the another customer starts using ba
