I'm 6 foot 4, 230lbs. Since getting the CCNP, I can benchpress the entire
cisco press library (250lbs)!!! ;^)

The big muscles come from holding a 3640 in place with one arm and screwing
it into a rack with the other while trying not to drop the screws or the
screwdriver
