I have passed my CCNP mostly through self-study. Can anyone who has passed
the CCIE written exam suggest reading materials that would help me to
prepare for the exam besides the standard Cisco Cert Prep books? I would

Randy,
Cisco's On-Line Testing page (requires CCO login) has several sample tests,
the best being 'Cisco Voice 2.0"

I am looking for some practice tests for the New CVoice exam 640-647 –
The only place I could find any was Boson but they only had exams for the
retired exam 640-447. If any one knows who else might have some practice
questions please let me know.
Thank you in advance

another exam prep for the BSCN

Has anyone used Boson's Exam test for the CCIE Pre Qualification Exam?
I have been going through the Exam Blueprint and recommended reading list
but I feel more comfortable when I gauge myself with a CBT like Boson. How
about the software from www.networkexams.com or www.bfq.com, has anyone had

In preparation for an upcoming MCNS class, I have recently begun researching
the best reference book to use for it from Cisco Press.
The Amazon reviews are always a good source to start with. I found two books
worthy of mention. The books are:

passing the test without taking the BCMSN course.
Chapter 4 which you were talking about is worth the books price in itself.
I found it the cheapest on Fatbrain.com. I saw the Switching Black Book by

Sean,
I just wanted you to know that I got your book and used it to pass the
Switching Exam. You and Doug did so much better at describing the switching
and putting it into plain English than the Cisco Press book did.
I can't wait until your Switching Black Book comes out! Are you going to b
Carl,
I am glad you liked it! The Switching Black Book won'e be done until October.
I have put it on hold for a few weeks to finish the Routing Study Guide with
Todd Lammle. We just finished the Remote Access Study Guide together. I am
