Have customer with PIX firewall doing N.A.T out to internet... They want
to be able to block certain internet traffic going out to questionable
sites.Any recommendations?

The question is a little unclear, if you can pinpoint the unwanted sites
by network address, range of IP's , certain ports, the easiest way is to
implement access list on the inside interface, so they would be filtered

You can use "outbound" access-list that restrics that, outbound connections. I
don't have the link, but the pix manual (the one which comes with the box).
