If rommon has the command you can also run the
tftpdnld from a tftp server that has a 4000 Series ios
I have a link to the site at work; but I'm at home.You
can go to the www.cisco.com and run a query on rommon and should be able to
fine it in one of the tech docs.

I have CISCO 4000 router,but the IOS file from both Boot Flash as well
as from flash have been deleted..we are now in romonitor mode,XMODEM command
is also not there in ROMN Mode for uploading IOS..
