Dear Group Members,
I am trying to configure a router with TFTP server, router R_0 is will be
the server. Router R_1 will copy its runing config on to R_0. R_0 and R_1
are connected over a x-over Cat V cable, and I have tested the connectivity
using ping - it is OK!
R_0 is configured as TFTP s
I was under the impression that a loopback address had to be a 32bit subnet
mask!
According to the config, I must be wrong.
Any feedback is welcome!

You may want to put in a static to where you want to go until you are done
with the upgrade.

I think you may be missing a : in between the command tftp-server flash
filename. I reckon it should be tftp-server flash:filename.

I have configured a 2500 as a tftp server and have it connected via a WAN

As long as you have reachability, you can do it. Mind you tftp is udp based

All,
Can I use a 3640's flash to hold a 2500's image and then tftp that image to
a 2500? The 2500 and the original tftp server are more hops apart than the
3640. Anybody done this before? Thanks.
