I can't use a Copper SFP and
set the speed to 100.I'm looking at the SPA-2XGE-V2 but I can't find
anywhere if the RJ45 ports are 10/100/1000 or just 1000.
Does anyone have a 7600 with a SPA-2XGE-V2 that can verify that you can
lock it to 100M?

If you have Adtran CPE on the far end of your links they will also support

I just thought about that for a second.. If the T1 is down then the router
will be down as well. In the event of a power outage I still can't tell if
the power is off or the T1 is down.If I can hit the smart jack and not
the router then I could assume it's a power outage.
Will the card respond to loop codes even if the router is in ronmon?

I've also tried the following:
interface FastEthernet0/1.103

encapsulation dot1Q 103
ip address x.x.34.193 255.255.255.248

No. I needed a 100Mb card for another router and that one was never used.
Heh I put a label on the blank plate that says to reboot the router before
inserting a card in that slot just in case I forget about that a year from
