I'd be interested with this as well, not for wireless, but newer 88xx phones. Customers are not happy with the transition to Cisco for speed dials, because they aren't user friendly to use and moderately happy with how they have to program speed dials. For instance, an 8821 with latest code, you

This is useful information, but does it allow me to add more HDLC channels to a channel-group in a controller config? The problem I am having is that we add ds1 channels to ds3’s on an AS5400, add channel-gorups and pri-groups to the ds1’s, like so... controller T1 1/0:26 framing esf channel-gr

Just a heads up to anyone running 8800-series phones and using MSTP. We're in deployment of a new 10.5 CUCM system with 8851 and 7841 phones. A few times now we've been hit with network loops as janitors empty rooms to clean/wax and then replace stuff, plugging in everything they see loose. Th

What's the TAC case number? :) You're correct, as long as it is lower than the configuration that takes affect for that DN. If this is set on the DN, then it takes precedence, else it takes the service parameter. UCCX doesn't 'look' at anything. It just routes the call and CUCM does all the RNA
