Figured it out. In my UCCX script, my ECC variable was strConcatenated - it
was missing "user" on the front of it. I renamed it to userstrConcatenated,

the microphone or AUX input rather than the telephone input as it shouldn't
play anything through the speakers until it detects ringing voltage and
then goes off-hook. It may be that this thing needs an FXO port instead.
