Hi all
On my production boxes I am running 0.83 with clamav-milter with no problem
what so ever. On my home gateway though I run a nightly CVS snapshot - well
almost nightly, it depends on my schedule. For the past 10 days though I am
unable to compile clamav with milter. My setup is as follows:
What about running the following:
clamd
clamav-milter -lo /var/run/clmilter.sock
And then do a ps -aux |grep clam
And see if both are running.

I completely missed that option when first installing. Late night and all

I have done just as you state, and ClamAV went in just fine. I did have some
trouble with the milter though, when I restarted Sendmail. To mine
inexperienced eyes, it looked like some kind of syntax error,

Build your clamav from source using
configure --enable-milter
make
make install
And then configure Sendmail correctly for your milter and it all works fine
- I have this successfully running on Slack 10 and sendmail 8.13.1

I am still getting
Mandrake 10 unfortunately comes with postfix normally so sendmail
instructions may not work for you.
