If you have clamav-0.54 you could try using [ahem -plug warning] clamdmail (clamdmail.sourceforge.net). To integrate it with Kmail click Settings, Configure Filters, for criteria use less than 80, and select 'pipe through' as your filter action with the following command: clamdmail --spam
