Hi, I have deployed Clearwater on OpenStack. All six components is under private network. I set floating IP on Elise and Bono , Elise is working properly. But , I cannot sign in Clearwater , it would give messages that "408 request timeout" My security group setting is open to any connection

Morris, I’d recommend tracing the REGISTER through the network using Wireshark / tcpdump to see where it’s getting stuck, and whether the 408 Request Timeout is getting generated by the client as it’s unable to connect to Bono, or Bono being unable to connect to Sprout. If the message isn’t ca

Abdulaziz Fahad, SSH, HTTP and SIP should be available once the image has finished booting – you shouldn’t need to manually enable them. Have you checked that you’ve setup appropriate Firewall configuration to allow the relevant ports to be open? The configuration you’ll need is documented und
